Black Pearl Home Care (BPHC) is dedicated to helping youth in the targeted communities where we serve our clients. We want to assist in a student’s ability to attend to and succeed in the educational arena. The belief that “every child can and will learn with the proper financial resources” is a belief that goes right to our core.

 The Mission of the Reagan Duffy Scholarship is to promote hard work, give guidance/mentorship, provide financial assistance to ease the heavy financial burden of a collage student.

The Vision of the Reagan Duffy Scholarship is empowering the youth in the designated area with need-based financial resources associated with education.

For 2020, the Reagan Duffy Scholarship Fund’s award ceiling is $2,000, and, the individual maximum award is $1,000. BPHC will award approximately two (2) scholarships, ranging in amounts from $500 – $1,000 per award, based on applicant’s college/university degree, needs, and essay
