Founded in 2016, in Murray, Kentucky by Kwame Duffy Black Pearl Home Care began through a quest to improve the quality of lives. Duffy, a Murray state graduate found a love and passion for improving and serving the people in his community.

As the agency began to service the city of Murray and the surrounding counties, the word had spread, Black Pearl Home Care was the premier home care agency in Western Kentucky. Duffy decided to expand into the Paducah area where he had already established a solid customer base.

Recently, Black Pearl Home Care was awarded several awards by Home Care Pulse and expanded operations into Madisonville, KY.

With the goal of serving the community each office is open from 9-5, Monday through Friday and accepting clients.
