Operations in North Carolina have been on the vision board for Black Pearl Home Care since 2018. In 2021, Black Pearl Home Care of North Carolina finally opened its doors, and with agencies now in Pinehurst, Wilmington, Shallotte, and Jacksonville we are proudly serving communities throughout North Carolina.

Each agency has office hours of 9am-5pm Monday through Friday but can be reached 24 hours a day.
